"I have grown so much in my nearly 3 years with Connections First! I know this is a direct result of the incredible support I have received from our owners and supervisors. Having owners that are also clinicians has been so important and I truly feel that they genuinely support me professionally and personally. They have worked hard to create a team that models good communication and collaboration including essential support from intake to insurance to IT".
