Our organization has been awarded a Certificate of Approval from the Oregon Health Authority granting us the ability to host graduate level interns as well as hire and supervise graduates working towards licensure even before they have obtained their Associate registered status with their respective professional board. We are hiring for the following Full Time positions:

Licensed Mental Health Therapist

 

Pre-Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Our positions offer a hybrid model, across our two locations: West Side (NW Flanders and 23rd ave) and at East Side (SE, Sandy and 10th).

Salary: $46.00 - $83.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • Licensed, registered, or eligible for registration to practice in Oregon

  • Proficient in administering evidence-based treatment modalities for shame, mood, anxiety, and fear, as well as other developmental and complex trauma-based disorders

  • Skilled in clinical documentation

  • Comfortable with learning new software, including Simple Practice and G-Suite

  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain professional and therapeutic relationships

  • Strong inclination and capacity to collaborate effectively within a diverse and culturally sensitive team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in addressing cultural diversity through training and practical experience

  • Advanced training in managing complex trauma cases

  • Familiarity with mindfulness-based psychotherapies

  • Openness to training and utilizing EMDR, Brainspotting, or other body-centered treatment modalities

  • Demonstrated desire and capacity to develop as an attuned and relational therapist, with in-house training opportunities available

Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapy services aligned with the mission and values of Connections First, LLC

  • Implement focused therapy approaches, incorporating outcome measures and treatment planning with support from in-house training

  • Manage a clinical caseload and ensure completion of clinical documentation within specified timeframes

  • Adhere to the agreed-upon number of therapy sessions per week

  • Engage in individual and group supervision meetings, clinical case consultations, and in-house training sessions

  • Participate in ongoing evidence-based specialty training programs, both in house and out in the community

  • Provide and receive constructive feedback in a professional manner

  • Fulfill all necessary documentation and licensure requirements mandated by the State Board
