Michael Miliucci

Michael works from the belief that each person has the wisdom and personal skills to manage life’s challenges and transitions. All of us need assistance at times to open our heart and mind to gain self-awareness regarding how to address our transitions, healing, and our desired personal growth. Within the counseling process, his goal is for a client to see how uniquely gifted and special they are in this world through their own self-discovery.

Michael draws on a holistic, client-centered, and strength-based approach to counseling, working with different therapeutic practices including Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with Mindfulness Techniques. He strives to create a therapeutic experience that is safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative.

Michael comes to the counseling profession with an in-depth knowledge of life experiences, numerous transitions, and a prior professional career. He draws on this knowledge to listen and support the client within the therapeutic process to empower and create the positive change the client wishes to seek.
