Minimum Qualifications:
-
Minimum 500 hours of post graduation experience offering individual and/or family therapy
-
Licensed or Associates registered to practice in Oregon
-
Experience with evidence-based treatments for mood, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and more
-
Strong clinical documentation skills and meet all CareOregon and COA-related standards and requirements

Proficiency with software platforms like Simple Practice and G-Suite
-
Ability to build and maintain professional therapeutic relationships
-
Commitment to working collaboratively in a culturally diverse environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Advanced training in complex trauma treatment
-
Experience or training in working with Neurodivergence
-
Familiarity with mindfulness-based psychotherapies
-
Openness to training in EMDR, Brainspotting, or body-centered modalities
-
Desire to grow as an attuned and relational therapist.
