Sonia Bosch, CSWA
Sonia’s (she/they) intention is to center you, your values, and your goals, as you collaborate and navigate life’s uncertainties. Sonia believes that our mental health and well-being is a subjective experience where you know yourself and your experiences best. Through the therapeutic process, you can collaboratively deepen your understanding of yourself, identify what is most meaningful to you, and use that to guide your healing process and meet your goals in a way that feels authentic to you.
Sonia uses elements of Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy in their approach. They hope to cultivate a space where you feel free to express yourself, honor your strengths, turn focus inward, and sit in the complexities of life. They believe that you deserve to be heard. They enjoy supporting adults and adolescents of all body sizes, LGBTQIA+, and gender-diverse identities.
