Meet Sarah:
I bring my full, genuine self into therapy and meet each person as unique—with their own way of seeing and experiencing the world. I center our work around your specific goals, challenges, and hopes, and approach our time together with warmth, respect, and a deep belief in the healing power of honest connection.

I work with adults navigating emotional patterns, communication difficulties, relationship challenges, and personal transitions. My broad range of experience helps me attune to each client’s developmental and emotional needs.

I focus on helping you develop a deeper relationship with your feelings, grow language around your inner experiences, and build clarity around your needs and how to meet them. Our work is collaborative, grounded in your present-moment experience, and guided by curiosity, communication, and connection.

Clinical Background:
My approach is informed by training in EMDR, attachment and developmental theory, and experiential therapies. I’ve worked with diverse populations and age groups, which helps me hold a flexible, responsive lens to your unique process.

What to Expect in Therapy:
Together, we’ll work to move beyond survival patterns and into a place where you can thrive. I aim to create a space that feels safe for self-discovery, where you can explore your feelings honestly, and begin to understand yourself in new and meaningful ways.
