Meet Nathan:
“Like a lotus flower, we too, have the ability to rise from the mud, blossom out of the darkness, and radiate into the world.” – Unknown

As a queer, gay, and non-binary therapist, I center my work in compassion, hope, and authenticity. I believe that each of us has the innate capacity for healing—and with the right support, we can move toward lives that feel freer, fuller, and more aligned with who we truly are.

I work with adults from all walks of life—including LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, and other marginalized communities—who are navigating trauma, anxiety, identity questions, relationship complexities, and emotional overwhelm. I also support folks exploring body acceptance, ethical non-monogamy, and sex-positive living.

Clinical Background:
I am trained in Brainspotting and EMDR, and integrate practices informed by IFS, Polyvagal Theory, CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy. My clinical lens is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to show up as our full selves.

What to Expect in Therapy:
Therapy with me is a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, safety, and respect. I tailor each session to your unique needs, drawing from a holistic blend of somatic, narrative, and mindfulness-based approaches. Our work together moves at your pace—focusing on emotional regulation, nervous system healing, and cultivating self-awareness, acceptance, and empowerment.

You can expect a welcoming space where you’re invited to bring your whole self—your history, your hopes, and your challenges. We’ll move together, one grounded step at a time, toward reducing emotional stuckness, building new coping tools, and reconnecting with your authentic self.

It’s an honor to be part of your healing journey. Wherever you are today, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
