Meet Natalie:
As a queer clinician, I bring both personal insight and professional training into my work with clients. I find that I do my best work with people who have experienced complex trauma, especially those navigating the long-term impact of sexual trauma or intimate violence. I offer an integrative, body-based approach grounded in consent, collaboration, and emotional safety.

I primarily support adults, including many in the LGBTQ+ community, who are seeking healing from past trauma, wanting to feel more grounded in themselves, and ready to explore new ways of relating—to self, to others, and to the world.

In our work together, I draw from somatic and attachment-focused modalities to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom and shift long-held patterns. We will move at your pace, building a foundation of safety and trust as we integrate new beliefs about yourself and your story.

Clinical Background:
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  My ongoing training in EMDR, IFS, somatics, and other trauma-informed methods allows me to meet clients with care and flexibility across a wide range of experiences.

What to Expect in Therapy:
You can expect a warm, collaborative space where we prioritize consent and attunement. We’ll work together to honor your nervous system’s needs and move toward lasting change—not through pressure, but through curiosity, compassion, and skillful integration.

Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or returning after a pause, I’d be honored to walk with you. Healing is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone.
