Meet Leanne:
I believe therapy can be a powerful space for healing, self-reflection, and continued growth. My goal is to create a warm and grounded space where you feel safe enough to explore what’s most vulnerable, knowing that being trusted in this way is a profound honor. I strive to approach each client with compassion, curiosity, and creativity.

I work with adults navigating a wide range of life experiences and emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, sexual trauma, ADHD, identity shifts, and faith transitions.

My work is rooted in an empathetic, person-centered approach and guided by the understanding that healing happens through mind, body, and spirit. I draw from evidence-based modalities like CBT, IFS, MI, and somatic mindfulness therapies. I aim to meet each person where they are while holding a commitment to trauma-informed, anti-oppressive care.

Clinical Background:
I’ve worked in crisis hotlines and day shelters, which has shaped my deep respect for resilience and the complexity of human experience. These settings gave me firsthand experience supporting individuals through trauma, instability, and profound change.

What to Expect in Therapy:
In our work together, you can expect thoughtful reflection, space for challenge and growth, and a holistic view of your story. I believe in gently questioning cultural assumptions, fostering inner strength, and honoring each person’s path toward healing.
