Meet Jordan:
Therapy works best when you feel like the person sitting across from you in genuinely, and wholeheartedly in your corner. My number one goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, supported, and safe enough to explore whatever has brought you to this moment.
I work with children, teens, adults, and couples, and especially enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals, artists, helping professionals, and men navigating questions of identity, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.
Clinical Background:
I hold a Master’s Degree in Couples and Family Counseling from George Fox University. I also hold a Masters In Teaching and spent over a decade as an educator and professional theater artist working with young people, and communities all over the country. I’m a lifelong learner with a deep interest in the way that presence and connection can help create healing in peoples lives.
What to Expect in Therapy:
Expect me to be gentle, patient, honest, kind, and (when appropriate) playful. You don't need to have the "right" words or know exactly what's wrong before you walk through the door. My job isn't to tell you who you are or what you should do: it's to help you make sense of your experiences, discover patterns that may no longer be serving you, and work together toward the life and relationships you want.
Our work will be collaborative. I'll bring curiosity, compassion, and the best of what research and clinical experience have to offer. Together, we'll explore what's beneath the surface of the challenges you're facing. Some sessions may involve learning new skills or strategies. Others may be spent slowing down, understanding emotions, exploring family and relationship patterns, or making space for experiences you've never had the chance to process. Therapy isn't always easy, but it should always feel like a place where you can show up authentically, without judgment.
