Meet Jason:
I believe that healing happens in relationships—both with ourselves and with others. At the same time, I know that much of our deepest pain can also come through relationships, especially when we’ve experienced trauma, betrayal, or disconnection. I work to create a space where courageous vulnerability is welcomed, where pain can be acknowledged and processed with care, and where your experience is met with respect and collaboration.

I specialize in working with adults who are living with the impacts of complex trauma, including developmental and religious trauma. I also specialize in working with couples in romantic partnerships working to change dysfunctional patterns of relating in order to deepen connection and intimacy. I enjoy supporting clients who are working through relationship challenges, identity questions, or emotional stuckness. I offer therapy for both individuals and couples, and I currently have openings for couples and individuals seeking a relational, grounded approach to growth.

My approach is relational, somatic, and trauma-informed. I integrate Brainspotting, Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Somatic Experiencing principles, Internal Family Systems, and attachment theory to support deep, embodied healing. I also draw from narrative therapy to help challenge limiting beliefs and unhelpful stories we may carry about ourselves or others. As a trained mediator, I welcome conflict when it arises—even in the therapy room—as a meaningful opportunity for healing and growth.

Clinical Background:

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Certified Brainspotting therapist, and am  currently completing advanced training in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) with Terry Real to support couples in creating more connected and honest relationships. I have a background in mediation and alternative conflict resolution, which supports my work with clients navigating interpersonal conflict, both in and out of therapy.

What to Expect in Therapy:
You can expect warmth, curiosity, and collaboration. I’ll work with you to explore what matters most, understand what’s been getting in the way, and help you move toward healing and self-trust at your own pace. I welcome all of you—your strengths, your questions, and the parts of you that are still finding their voice.

If you’re looking for a therapist who can help you explore the deeper layers of your story while honoring your resilience and complexity, I’d be honored to work with you.
