Meet Hilary:
I believe that healing begins when we feel safe enough to show up as our most authentic selves. With warmth, curiosity, and deep care, I offer a grounded space for you to slow down, reconnect with your inner experiences, and gently explore what’s keeping you feeling stuck.

I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma—as well as those wrestling with self-worth or relationship challenges. I’m especially drawn to working with people in the midst of life transitions, those exploring neurodivergence, and anyone curious about how early life experiences may be shaping their present-day lives.

My work is relational, somatic, and trauma-informed, rooted in the belief that lasting change happens through compassionate connection—to ourselves, to others, and to the present moment. I integrate ACT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, self-compassion, and body-based tools to help clients understand not just what they think, but how they feel and experience life in their bodies.

Clinical Background:
I earned my Master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Antioch University with certificates in both gender-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. My background in creative practices, yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness informs my therapeutic approach. My practice is shaped by my ongoing curiosity about the human condition, and my commitment to honoring each person’s unique path to healing.

What to Expect in Therapy:
Sessions with me are collaborative, spacious, and deeply attuned to your pace. Together, we’ll create a space where you can explore difficult emotions, shift long-held patterns, and build a more rooted and empowered sense of self.

Healing isn’t linear—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this path.
