Meet Ella:

I believe that growth and healing come from trust and the honoring of individual needs. I value the efforts clients made to seek and accept support and provide acceptance and validation for clients of every age.

I work with children and their families as well as adults seeking support for experiences including anxiety, depression and behavioral challenges. I am passionate about supporting both children and adults through life events and changes as well as relationships and communication.

I understand the importance of trust and the therapeutic relationship and foster this through curiosity and connection. I integrate Play Therapy, Strength Based and Family systems models into the therapeutic process, giving consideration to development, attachment and interpersonal relationships.

Clinical Background:

I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Oregon.

What to Expect in Therapy:

Clients can expect a collaborative experience as I join with them to support their goals in therapy. I show compassion and authenticity in therapy sessions and provide space for self expression in whatever form each client prefers, whether it’s through structure, direct self expression or play.

Seeking therapy takes time, effort, vulnerability and patience - I welcome any questions you may have throughout this process.
