Meet Elisabeth:
I offer an attuned, compassionate, and curious presence in therapy. I hold a deep respect for the complexity and beauty of being human and believe that each of us holds an innate capacity for healing—especially when we feel truly seen and understood.
I work with individuals navigating trauma, identity development, relational struggles, and those seeking a deeper connection with their bodies and secure attachment with their inner self. My approach is affirming and inclusive, and I welcome people of all identities, backgrounds, and experiences.
I view therapy as a collaborative space where trust, safety, and connection are foundational. I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities to support healing at the pace that feels right for you. I’m particularly passionate about helping clients reconnect with their bodies as a powerful source of wisdom, regulation, and healing. I also approach therapy with an awareness of how personal, historical, political, cultural, and ecological contexts shape us—and I believe those contexts belong in the room.
Clinical Background:
I am a Clinical Social Work Associate, trained in EMDR. I draw from a variety of approaches and theories including polyvagal theory, attachment theory, systems theory, internal family systems (IFS), Hakomi psychotherapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, and Health at Every Size (HAES).
Whether we’re working through stuck patterns or exploring ways to increase your emotional capacity, I’m here to support you in ways that honor your lived experience and your inner knowing.
What to Expect in Therapy:
I offer an attuned, compassionate, and curious presence. My approach is deeply relational, somatic-focused, and trauma-aware. I believe we all hold an innate capacity for healing and growth—especially when we feel fully seen and understood. I have a deep respect for the challenging yet beautiful experience of being human, and I believe it is every person’s birthright to feel a sense of belonging.
I believe you are the expert of you—and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, belonging, and becoming more fully yourself.
