Meet Ebony:
I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience. Whether you're navigating painful transitions, exploring parts of yourself that have long been hidden, or simply looking for a safe space to feel understood, I’m here to walk alongside you. I believe that therapy can be a powerful space to reconnect with your inner wisdom, heal relationships with self and others, and grow into a fuller sense of who you are.
I work with adults and families who are looking for a collaborative, grounded, and relational space to explore what matters most to them. I have a special interest in supporting people through grief, identity exploration, family conflict, and the impacts of trauma.
My work is rooted in creating safety through authentic connection. I draw from emotionally focused, relational, and narrative practices, often inviting clients to notice the internal stories they carry—and gently shift them. I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen, and when our vulnerabilities are met with care, not judgment.
Clinical Background:
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from California State University, Fullerton and have experience providing therapy in both school-based and outpatient settings. I’m committed to ongoing learning and training, particularly around anti-oppressive and trauma-informed care.
What to Expect in Therapy:
You can expect me to show up with presence, patience, and genuine care. I will support you in identifying your strengths, exploring painful patterns, and cultivating new ways of being that feel more aligned with who you are and how you want to live.
Starting therapy takes courage—and it’s okay if you’re not sure where to begin. If you’re looking for someone who will meet you with honesty, care, and steadiness, I’d be honored to work with you.
