Trauma-Informed and Anti-Oppressive Framework
Meet Daphna:
I believe therapy can be a transformative space to reconnect with yourself and others—especially when that space is built on trust, safety, and deep respect. I bring warmth, attunement, and a collaborative spirit to my work with clients, and I honor the courage it takes to explore your inner world.
I work with individuals, couples, and families, particularly those navigating trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and relational challenges. I hold an affirming and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ clients and neurodivergent folks, and I have a passion for supporting people who’ve felt misunderstood or overlooked in traditional systems.
My approach is gentle, relational, and deeply attuned. I draw from attachment theory, somatic and parts work, and trauma-informed care to help you feel grounded and empowered in your healing. I listen not only to what’s said, but also to what your body, nervous system, and internal parts may be holding. Together, we create space for healing through curiosity, compassion, and connection.
Clinical Background:
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in school-based and community mental health settings. I have advanced training in trauma, relational therapy, and somatic approaches. My work is grounded in anti-oppressive practice and shaped by a deep commitment to affirming the whole person.
What to Expect in Therapy:
In therapy with me, you can expect a calm, steady presence. I’ll meet you where you are, at a pace that feels safe, and support you in making sense of your experiences while fostering self-compassion and growth. Our work together is collaborative and deeply respectful of your story, values, and autonomy.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to shift, I’d be honored to support you. You don’t have to do it alone—and I’m here when you’re ready.
