Courtney Cronk is a registered marriage and family therapy associate. Building trust – being present, listening to your stories, communicating with kindness, and creating a safe place for vulnerability, understanding, and growth – is her calling and her passion. She will help you to identify and remove obstacles on your path to becoming healthy and whole.
Courtney believes everyone is deserving of the chance to become their best, most authentic selves as individuals and in relationship with others. If nothing else, the pandemic has magnified our need for human connection and belonging.
Areas of interest include grief and trauma work; parenting; couples and family relationships; the “sandwich generation” – navigating caring for children and aging parents; survivors of narcissistic abuse; stress management and self care in a crazy world.
Her work is informed by family systems theory, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness practices, yoga, holistic nutrition, and other lifestyle interventions.
