Meet Courtney:
Building trust—by being present, listening deeply, and holding space for vulnerability—is at the heart of my work. I’m here to help you reconnect with your sense of self and remove the obstacles getting in the way of feeling whole and grounded. I consider it a privilege to accompany clients through times of growth, grief, relationship challenges, and renewal.

I work with adults, couples, and families navigating life’s transitions, including parenting, caring for aging parents, healing from trauma or narcissistic abuse, and redefining relationships. Many of my clients are seeking more balance, clarity, and connection in their relationships and daily lives.

My approach draws from Relational Life Therapy, Family Systems, and Mindfulness-based practices. I also integrate yoga, nutrition, and lifestyle supports when appropriate. Whether we’re addressing relationship dynamics, self-care, or personal healing, I aim to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to become your most authentic self.

Clinical Background:
I’m a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Associate with a deep commitment to relational health and holistic well-being. My work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves meaningful connection and the chance to grow into who they’re meant to be—especially in a world that so often pulls us away from ourselves and each other.

What to Expect in Therapy:
You can expect a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to shift patterns that no longer serve you. Our work will be paced to honor your readiness and your goals, while offering both insight and practical tools along the way.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, seeking healing, or simply wanting to show up more fully in your relationships, I would be honored to support your journey.
