Meet Brianna:
I believe we’re all doing our best to make it through this life—and that we’re not meant to do it alone. My approach to therapy is grounded in connection, trust, and authenticity. I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are, feel supported in your growth, and move toward the life you want to live.

I work primarily with adults navigating life transitions, relational stress, substance use, and the ongoing challenges of everyday life. I bring experience from working in health centers, schools, and treatment settings and value working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and lived experiences.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I meet clients where they are and draw from a blend of modalities—including CBT, narrative therapy, psychodynamic work, mindfulness, and attachment theory—to support healing and change. I bring a trauma-informed and systems-aware perspective to our work and strive to be warm, nonjudgmental, and genuinely present.

Clinical Background:
My work has spanned outpatient mental health, school-based settings, integrated health centers, and residential treatment programs. These experiences have deepened my belief in the power of flexibility, creativity, and trust in the therapeutic process.

What to Expect in Therapy:
I show up as myself—warm, outgoing, and real. My hope is that you feel comfortable, seen, and supported in our work together. Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to support both self-reflection and action, as you move toward greater understanding and alignment with your values.

If you're looking for a space where you can be yourself, explore what matters, and build on your strengths, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
