(503) 427-1952
Brianna approaches therapy with the belief that we are all human, navigating this life, and we can’t do it alone. She believes in the importance of developing a trusting relationship to create a space for mindfulness and flexibility to help her clients tap into their strengths and reach their goals.
Brianna has experience working in a health center, schools, and treatment centers. From working with a diverse set of clients, she’s a true believer in meeting people where they are and does not approach therapy as a one size fits all. She is passionate about working with adults to cope with life transitions, interpersonal and relationship challenges, substance use and day-to-day stressors.
Brianna offers an authentic and non-judgmental approach to support clients on their path to healing and self-exploration. She has an outgoing and warm demeanor that makes it easy for clients to feel comfortable. She works through multiple lenses including CBT, narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness and attachment theory while incorporating a systems and trauma-informed perspective.
