Meet Ash:

My approach to therapy combines unconditional acceptance, patience, and care with gentle and thoughtful challenging when it supports growth. I offer a genuine, collaborative therapeutic space where we explore what brings you to therapy while reconnecting with the strengths, creativity, and inner wisdom already within you. This creates space to explore even the harder parts of your story while helping you leave sessions feeling grounded and able to integrate what we uncover into your life. With over four years of experience working with adolescents through older adults, including facilitating therapy groups, I bring a steady and thoughtful presence to this work.

Clinical Background:

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Sciences from Portland State University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark College. I am currently licensed as a Registered Associate Counselor in the State of Oregon. My clinical experience spans adolescents through older adults across school and

community mental health settings, where I have worked as both an individual and group therapist.

What to Expect in Therapy:

I aim to bring as much authenticity into the therapeutic space as possible and to create a warm and grounded space in which we can work together to build a plan of action that is tailored to your needs.
