McKenzie (she/they) believes in embracing an eclectic approach to healing through art, mindfulness, and creativity.
She values the therapeutic relationship as a way to empower others to make changes in their lives. She has worked in schools, non-profits, crisis lines, and youth shelters. With a background in theatre and yoga, McKenzie brings a warm, heart-centered approach while utilizing playfulness and a sense of curiosity in her work as a therapist.

She is passionate about working with teens, younger adults, and the LGBTQIA+ community. She will help you to build skills to cope with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and other mental health struggles while creating collective goals for moving forward and developing a deeper connection to yourself and your purpose.
In her work she embraces a strengths-based, relational approach, incorporating trauma-informed care, utilizing an attachment lens, while working with individuals and family systems. McKenzie believes that we all hold immense wisdom from our stories, and it is a joy to partner alongside people as they rediscover and reclaim their power.
