Meet Jordan:
I’m a relational therapist who offers a warm, non-judgmental, and deeply compassionate space where you can bring all parts of yourself. I know that therapy requires courage, and I honor the risk it takes to be seen, to feel, and to heal. Whether you're exploring long-standing patterns or responding to a life disruption, I strive to co-create a space where insight, connection, and transformation are possible.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity development, relationship difficulties, shame, and life transitions. I'm especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, people exploring their sense of belonging or self-worth, and anyone who has felt silenced or unseen in their story.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationships—when we feel safe, respected, and heard. I draw from emotionally focused and trauma-informed approaches that help people access the wisdom of their emotions, understand their patterns, and move toward more empowered and connected ways of living. I also bring an intersectional lens to my work, always attuned to how systems of oppression can impact mental health and self-understanding.
Clinical Background:
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social worker. My training includes Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other somatic and narrative approaches. I continue to deepen my clinical work through ongoing supervision and training in trauma-informed, body-based, and relational therapy.
What to Expect in Therapy:
Our work together will be collaborative, attuned, and shaped by your needs and values. I’ll bring curiosity, honesty, and respect to every session, helping you make sense of what’s happening internally and externally. Together, we can gently move through stuck places, deepen self-trust, and build tools for change—at your pace.
If you're longing to feel more connected to yourself or others, I’d be honored to walk with you through that process.
