Jessica Padnick, CSWA
Certified Social Work Associate
Jessica believes therapy should provide a greater understanding of where you want to go in life, and the support to move in that direction. She strives to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and empathically question patterns and dynamics that may be holding you back. She is passionate about working with adults (individuals and couples) to develop skills to cope with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges.
Jessica’s approach to therapy is psychodynamic, strengths-based and collaborative, utilizing techniques from acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and emotionally-focused therapy (EFT). She believes that through increasing mindful awareness of what is or is not working in life, exploring core values and goals, and working together to remove barriers, the client is empowered to grow and thrive.
