Gabriela Rosales, LCSW, CADC-I
Gaby’s approach to therapy is strengths based. We all have the skills and tools we need to succeed, we just may not be aware of what they are and she believes that through therapy we can start to find those strengths and skills. Gaby provides a space where individuals can feel safe to share what is on their minds free of judgement.
As a dual diagnosis therapist in addiction and mental health Gaby pulls from various theoretical approaches including dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psycho-dynamic models as well as mindfulness practice.
By meeting the client where they are in their journey Gaby feels that together the individual and therapist can work to make change that is comfortable for the individual.
